We have added some very interesting features which you can use with regard to your guests.
Let’s start with approving or denying your guest access to your society.
As soon as you have a visitor, you will get a call-based notification stating their details,
And an option to either approve or deny access to the visitor (simple as that).
But what if you are expecting a guest and didn’t want them to wait at the gate while you approve them?
To make your life easier, we have created our latest new feature called
“Pre-Approval”
Just enter their name and choose between either their;
Mobile Number, or the Purpose Of Visit
And select the time period of when they are expected to visit.
As soon as they make an entry at the gate during this given time period,
They will automatically be approved without asking for your permission again.
And check this one out…
You must already be knowing about how high we regard your privacy and data security,
For personal reasons, if you do not want to share their details at the gate,
Such as their name, mobile number, & purpose of visit for whatever reason;
All you have to do, is simply tap on the “Invite Guests” tab and add them from your contact list,
And a text message with a 5 digit invite code will be sent to them.
Your guest can then simply enter the code at the gate & gain access to the society
without sharing any of their details at the gate.
Suppose your phone has network issues and you cannot approve nor deny the visitor while they are waiting at the gate.
In such a case, the guard can place an audio call from the VZTrack Communicator by dialing your flat number to contact you on your preferred landline or mobile numbers which you have provided.
Or if your society is using our “Rainbow Feature” the guard can simply place an Audio, Video call or Text message without the need of your phone number!
And if you are still not reachable, the guard then has the authority to grant or deny the visitor permission into the society with a valid reason.
And by the way, this is just one of the myriad features that you get with the VZTrack App.
If the notices and text messages do not suffice and you want to talk to the residents personally then,
You can Also place Audio & Video calls and Text messages to anyone in your society if needed, also without any contact information through the Rainbow Feature.
