But until it is over, maintaining proper communication between your residents and society admins is going to be crucial for the daily functioning of your housing society.
Which is why we are now providing the Rainbow Communication Feature to your society free of cost during this time of need.
How would this help your society?
With the help of the Rainbow Feature, your society residents, neighbours, security guards, and society admins can maintain effortless communication with each other without the need of anybody’s phone numbers or email ids.

So conducting your society meetings on groups and sending out important notices all from the comfort and safety of your own home should not be a problem at all.
How to use the rainbow feature:
1. To initiate a conversation
To use the rainbow feature, simply tap on the rainbow icon in the main menu.

You will then be able to see a list of your society residents and admins in the contacts tab.
To initiate a conversation, just tap on the contact’s name / flat number.
​
​
If this is the first time you are contacting a resident, then you will then get a notification at the bottom asking you to send an invitation.
(No invitation is needed to contact a society admin or Security Guard.)
2. To create a group
To create a group all you have to do is tap on the groups section (the second one on the bottom)
And then tap on the plus icon at the bottom right and type in the group name and give a short description of the group

Then select all those people who you want to add to the group and then tap on create group.
3. Experience Seamless Communication
After the resident who you want to contact accepts your invitation (not required for admins / security guards), you can then contact then by clicking on their name in the messages section
And text them or place audio / video calls from the options on the top right.
4. Voice & Video Calls
During the voice / video call, you can mute, put on speaker and also pause the call. And also adjust the tab to see the other person clearly.
5. Stay Connected With Your Society Wherever You Are!
With the help of the rainbow feature, you can experience seamless communication with your society admins, neighbours & security guards - no matter where you are!

So even if you are abroad and have given your flat on rent or your family is living over there, you can still be updated with everything that is happening in and around your home.

Even if you live abroad, your family and neighbours can still contact you via text, voice and video calls.
​
