How to login?

The Society Admins have a special web-based admin panel for managing the entire visitor management system.
To log in, simply click on the "Login" button located on the top of the VZTrack website "www.vztrack.in". Or click here
And enter your User ID & Password. In case of any inconvenience, please click on the pop-up window at the bottom left to leave us a message and we will get back to you immediately.
In the Society Management section the admin can:

View & Manage the Residents User-IDs & Passwords:

Manage all of the Security Guards working in the housing society:

Send & View Notices/Minutes to Everyone, Flat Owners, Tenants or a custom group of people:

Send / View Messages to everyone, as well as create and edit specific groups for the VZTrack Users App in the Admin Panel:

In the Vehicle Management section, you can Add/Edit all the vehicles in your society as well as search for a particular vehicle by it's registered vehicle number to get info about who owns the vehicle in case of any parking-related emergencies.

Get a detailed Staff Attendance report of every single society staff like cleaners, carpenters, plumbers, etc. You also have an option to Add/Edit/View the staff according to your custom preferences in the admin panel.

You also have admin access to the Complaint Register from the web-based admin panel. The complaint register comprises of detailed complaints created by owners, including filters like date, status, etc. Along with an option to print the reports as well.

Invoice/Settlement Reports
With VZTrack's New Accounting Feature, you can now create invoices regarding any society related expenses!
Just enter the details mentioned below and send the invoice to individual residents, tenants, buildings, or the entire society with the create invoice option.
The invoice is received in the VZTrack Users App on the resident's mobile phone. They can also pay their dues with an easy, safe & secure payment gateway, built within the app.
View all the invoices you have created which are shown along with the family name and flat number in the Families option.
Get settlements for the same in the settlements option along with the status of the settlements showing submitted, initiated, paid offline or failed. Along with the amount and with many other such details mentioned below.
